Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We cover most areas with a
WS and WV post code, in addition also cover Penkridge
Q. How
soon could you get me a cleaner?
A. If there isn't a regular cleaner
available to start straight away we have a bank of retainer cleaners
who work directly from the office, they will be able to get you
started within 7 working days. You will be able to judge our standards
and reliability by the retainer. The retainer will also be responsible
for sickness / holiday cover to ensure you continuity of service.
Q. How do
you ensure honesty and reliability?
A. All of our domestics are put
through a strict selection process. They are interviewed in their
own houses. This is an excellent point of honesty and also checks
for standards. Address verification is also checked. Independent
references are taken up and verified. each cleaner has to agree
to a police check which is carried out randomly.
Q. Can I choose the
day the cleaner comes?
A. We make every effort to get
you a cleaner on the day you require, However cover provided may
not be on the same day as your permanent cleaner
Q. What happens if I am not
happy with my cleaner?
A. We have many options to resolve
this, it may be that your cleaner requires more training which we
will be happy to provide at no cost to yourself, or occasionally
it might require changing the cleaner to suit your needs. If you
have any problems at all with your cleaner we are here to take care
of them.
Q. Do I still have to pay
my cleaner if I am on holiday?
A. No you only pay when the cleaner comes, but we
do ask for 24 hours notice
Q. Who provides the cleaning
materials and equipment?
A. You provide all the necessary
materials and equipment on the regular cleans, but on the spring
cleans we can provide them if required.
